二 | 知情人士透露，AIVA品牌与宁德在探讨换电模式，具体还在进一步规划中。首款量产车AIVA ME7计划年内亮相，预计明年初开启预定，未来将面向国内及海外市场销售，品牌位于重庆光环商圈的首家旗舰店正在建设中。

晚点Auto指出，从股东构成看，AIVA选择换电并不让人意外，赛豆科技前身为重庆蓝电科技，今年完成约66.71亿元增资扩股，重庆地方国资平台沙磁致远以约34.5%持股成为第一大股东，赛力斯持股降至约32.96%退居第二大股东，宁德时代通过旗下问鼎投资参与其中。分工上，赛力斯提供整车制造、供应链、质量体系及工程经验，产品将在赛力斯凤凰工厂生产，宁德时代则提供电池技术、安全及充换电体系支持。 对新品牌来说，接入成熟的公共换电网络既能免去自建补能体系的资金压力，更重要的是电池租赁能把电池成本从车价中剥离，缩小消费者实付价与产品定位的差距，为定价留出更大空间。据悉，赛豆科技今年6月9日在北京发布AIVA品牌，同步亮相AIVA Origin Concept概念车，提出“AI定义汽车，先有AI，再有车”的产品理念，全系列车型覆盖20万元以上主流市场，品牌中文名仍在商讨中。除股东方资源外，火山引擎提供豆包大模型、智能座舱能力，双方采取联合定义、联合设计的合作模式，辅助驾驶方案来自元戎启行。 宁德时代的换电版图同样在这两年快速扩张，截至2026年6月30日，宁德时代官方披露巧克力换电站建成总量已达2000座，覆盖全国31省份、180座城市。 2022年推出乐行换电EVOGO，2024年底发布20#、25#两种标准化巧克力换电电池，希望通过统一电池尺寸和换电接口让不同品牌共用一张网络。今年又推出面向更大车型的26#电池，采用800V高压架构，首批容量75kWh，适配范围扩大到B-C级，并宣布与长安、奇瑞、广汽、赛力斯、上汽通用五菱和北汽共建超换共享网络。
